The Ultimate Multimedia Pitch

The owner of Active Passion, Lynda Hunkin, had an idea to pitch partnership opportunities with a number of large players in the fitness industry. The challenge was to get Lynda the opportunity to have a call with large leadership people to discuss how a partnership could be developed with Active Passion, and in that, to make the packages individualized. This was achieved by Lynda even handwriting notes, and making reference in specific edits of a pitch video.

The multimedia experience starts with the branded packaging. It’s one thing to have your logo on a box, but it’s another to have the essence of your brand showing before the prospect even opens it.

Once the recipient receives what’s inside the package (branded cup and other assorted goodies), there will be a QR code that will link to an individualized video citing the respective company Active Passion wishes to partner with.

The individualized nature of the video messaging provides that extra effort and attention that leaders at large organizations appreciate. In this effort, the Creative Cycle team was able to develop media to create that totally custom feel for the targeted viewer.
